You set all this up before your live broadcast starts.

While we are testing live streaming, the following limitations apply:
When you offer a free live stream, you can stream for a maximum of 15 minutes. If your live stream is paid, you can broadcast a maximum of 60 minutes.
We will increase these limitations in the future.
